After using unconnected stand-alone systems for years, the customer needed to streamline all production processes with full process, costing and value addition visibility, and implement an ERP system to ensure overall efficiency and enhance customer service.

The service process starts with the collection of tyre carcasses, tracking them through production processes individually, from re-treading upto the final delivery to customers.
