Multi-company enabled, the GL fully integrates with subsidiary ledgers, and provides automatic postings from other sub ledgers and full batch and audit reporting, with configurable security.

Sales Ledger

Provides information with an extensive debtors reporting system to support timely cash collection; the multi-currency option provides automatic conversion of foreign currency transactions to base currency.

Purchase Ledger

Predict and schedule creditor payments to monitor cash flow effectively, and view information to plan ahead.

Cashbook

Control bank accounts effectively and enable complete reconciliation. Automatic updates form Sales and Purchase Ledger modules are configurable.

Fixed Assets

Maintain capital items, which may be depreciated on a regular basis. May be linked to the General Ledger, to auto-update Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss accounts and Sales and Purchase Ledgers.

Corporate Manager

Define organisation structures and relationships within the existing PROTEUS® financial control systems. 

Systems Manager
